Candy Robinson received a BSEE degree from the University of Texas at Austin (1977), an MSCS degree from the University of California at Davis (1986), and an MBA in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Dallas (1999). She is currently a staff Software Engineer for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, assigned to the F-22 program. She worked as a design and software engineer for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory, and for the Boeing Company. She has published papers at the IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium and for the SWE National Convention. She is a regional SWE Leadership Coach, Toastmaster, Big Sister, member of ACM, Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), and Life member of SWE. She has served in many career guidance activities, including MathCounts, Girl Scout badge workshops, science fair judging, career fair presentations, Expanding Your Horizons conference chair and presenter, and Future Cities judge.
